Uniforms:  Kickstart – 3rd Grade

All uniforms are provided by HYS. Players in the Kickstart Program through the 3rd grade are provided with a new uniform t-shirt by their coach each season.  There is no longer a need for those players to purchase a uniform.

Uniforms: Travel

All Travel players must wear orange and black HYS uniforms.  U9 and U10 Uniforms are ordered during registration.  All others needing a new or replacement uniform can purchase via the HYS Online Store.

Equipment

All players must wear shin guards and either soccer cleats or sneakers.

All players must bring their own ball to practice.  Balls will be given to players in their first season of KickStart. For kindergarten players, balls will be given to them if they did not play KickStart and receive one then.  Recommended ball sizes are:

• KickStart through3^rd grade – size 3
• U10-U12 (4^th-6^th grade) – size 4
• U14 and up (7^th grade & up) – size 5
