Foundations Programs:
$90 – Kickstart (players who are 4 as of August 31 of the current school year) : 45 minutes Tuesday or Saturday morning, includes a team shirt.
$90 – Kindergarten: 30 minute practice, 30 minute 3v3 game Saturday mornings, includes team shirt
In-Town Programs:
$130 – 1st Grade: 60 minute team practice during week, 4v4 game Saturday morning, includes team shirt and ticket to Revs Game for Hopkinton Youth Soccer Night at the Revs.
$130 – 2nd/3rd grade In-Town: 60 minute team practice during week, 60 minute age group practice during week, 5v5 game Saturday morning, includes team shirt and ticket to Revs Game for Hopkinton Youth Soccer Night at the Revs.
Travel Programs:
$150 – Travel (U9):60 minute team practice during week, 60 minute age group practice during week, 6v6 game Saturdays, half games played at home, half games travelling to other towns. Includes ticket to Revs Game for Hopkinton Youth Soccer Night at the Revs(Family must purchase $30 travel uniform).
$150 – Travel (U10-U14):  90 minute team practice during week, 60 minute age group practice during week game Saturdays, half games played at home, half games travelling to other towns. Includes  ticket to Revs Game for Hopkinton Youth Soccer Night at the Revs(Family must purchase $30 travel uniform).
$125-Travel (U-16 and U-18 SPRING ONLY):  90 minute team practice during the week, 7 games on Sundays, half games played at home, half games travelling to other towns. Includes  ticket to Revs Game for Hopkinton Youth Soccer Night at the Revs
$900 – U11/U12 Academy Team: 90 minute team practice during week coached by professional Revs Staff , 60 minute age group practice during week, Skills Academy Training session run by Revs Staff, BAYS game Saturdays, half games played at home, half games travelling to other towns. Fall and Spring Commitment required.Players must be registered for regular travel teams, tryouts to be held in June. Players may NOT play on any additional soccer teams, including club. $900 includes both seasons, 2 tournament fees, professional coaches fees and all practices. There will be an additional fee for uniforms.  Fee may be paid in installments.

$85 – High School Coed: pick-up style coed recreational game on Sunday afternoons for eight weeks starting the beginning of September, includes ticket to Revs Game for Hopkinton Youth Soccer Night at the Revs.

REGISTRATION PERIODS:

Registration for spring soccer is Nov 1 – Nov 15.

Registration for fall soccer is May 15 – June 1.

*** Registrations received after the deadline are subject to a late fee and are not guaranteed placement. 

The Hillers 2013 Summer Soccer Camp will run from August 26-August 29 (with a rain date of Friday, August 30th.)

WHY IS REGISTRATION EARLY?

The number of InTown and Travel  teams needs to be determined by early Decemberfor the Spring season and early June for the fall season.  This number is used to determine the number of fields, days, and times that need to be requested from the schools and the town.

Also, HYSA has to enter our travel teams into the Boston Area Youth Soccer (BAYS) league by certain deadlines. After our registration deadline, the names of all registered players in each age group are given to the Age Group Coordinators. At this time, the AGCs must decide how many teams they want to register with BAYS and what level of play will be requested.

FEES

$90 Kickstart and Kindergarten

$130 for in-town (1,2,3rd grade)

$150 for Travel ($125 for  U-16 and U-18 in Spring only)

$85 for High School Coed

REFUND POLICY:  HYS will not honor refund requests for players dropping out of the program at any time, except for the following reasons:
(1) A season-ending injury incurred before the start of the season; (2) Any other health or safety-related issue, brought to the attention of HYS before the start of the season; (3) If HYS is unable to place the player on a team for any reason and therefore the child is unable to play for that season; (4) If a child tries out for and is accepted onto the Hopkinton Middle School, Junior Varsity or Varsity Soccer Team (not club or select teams, or other sports); or (5) If the family moves out of town before the start of the season. Late Fees are not refundable for any reason.

LATE FEE POLICY:  HYS will not waive the late fee at any time except for the following reasons:
(1)player just moved to town; or (2)an age group needs more players to have team sizes within roster limits.
